    Tropical Piña Colada 

    Transform your Piña Colada into a healthy frozen sorbet. Enjoy the tropical flavors of mango, pineapple, and coconut while giving your body a healthy dose of vitamin C and fiber. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top for an extra touch of sweetness.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup frozen coconut yogurt
    • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
    • 1 cup frozen banana pieces
    • 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
    • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

    DIRECTIONS

    • Switch out your J2 juice strainer for your Sorbet Attachment, then reassemble the juicer.⁣
    • Feed frozen fruit pieces through your juicer with the Sorbet Attachment, a few at a time.⁣
    • Alternate with the frozen yogurt pieces. Make sure the frozen yogurt is broken up into small ice-sized pieces.⁣
    • Lastly, stir frozen sorbet to get a creamy consistency. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Serve immediately.⁣
    Makes: 3-4 servings.
    Note: The sorbet will dispense into the pulp collector.
