Nama Vitality 5800 Cold Press Juicer product (USA and International models - SJ100-1, SJ122-V, SJ122-B, SJ122-S) comes with a 10-year warranty on the motor and 2-year warranty on all parts from the date of purchase when utilized for normal and intended household use. If your Nama product has a defect in product material or workmanship or as a result of normal wear and tear from ordinary intended household use within the warranty period, Nama support will repair or replace the defective part.

      2. Pictures of product defect or broken item or part.
      3. Proof of purchase – Original or copy of sales receipt (date of purchase)
      4. Complete RA form and obtain RA number.
  2. Who can seek warranty coverage.
    1. Original owner – non-transferable.
  3. What is covered.
    1. Nama warrants to the owner that if the motor juicer base fails within 10 years from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship or as a result of normal wear and tear from ordinary household use, Nama will repair or replace the failed motor at Nama’s sole discretion free of charge.
    2. Nama warrants to the owner that if any component or part of Nama juicer package fails within 2 years from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship or as a result of normal wear and tear from ordinary household use, Nama will repair or replace the component parts at Nama’s sole discretion free of charge.
    3. USA model of Nama Vitality 5800 (SJ100-1) used in countries with 110V-120V power.  
    4. International models of Nama Vitality 5800 (SJ122-V, SJ122-B, SJ122-S) used in countries with 230V-240V power.  
  4. What is not covered.
    1. No international warranty on USA model of Nama Vitality 5800 (SJ100-1) used in countries with 230V-240V.
    2. No warranty on international models of Nama Vitality 5800 (SJ122-V, SJ122-B, SJ122-S) used in countries with 110V-120V.  
    3. Nama juicer components that have been used commercially or in non-household applications.
    4. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damages or changes that do not affect performance, such as discoloration or the effects from the use of abrasive cleaners or food build up or stains.
    5. This warranty is only valid if the Nama juicer components are used and maintained in accordance with the instructions, warnings and safeguards contained in the owner’s user manual.
    6. Nama will not be responsible for the cost of any unauthorized warranty repairs.
    7. Repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price are the exclusive remedies of purchaser and the sole liability of Nama under this warranty. No employee or representative of Nama is authorized to make any additional warranty or any modifications to this warranty which may be binding upon Nama. Accordingly, purchaser should not rely upon any additional statements made by any employee or representative of Nama. In no event, whether based on contract, indemnity, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, shall Nama be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profit or revenue.
  5. What voids the warranty
    1. Abuse, misuse, negligent use, alteration of the Nama juicer components, exposure to abnormal or extreme conditions, or failure to follow the operating instructions will void this Warranty. The Warranty is also void if repairs to the Nama juicer components or any component part of the Nama juicer are performed by someone other than either Nama or an authorized Nama Service Provider or if any component part of a Nama juicer subject to this Warranty is used in combination with a motor-base or components that is not expressly authorized by Nama.
  6. How to obtain a repair or replacement claim covered under this warranty
    1. Please contact Nama customer service at support or 1-833-253-6262 and we will be happy to assist you.
  7. Process of warranty replacement
    1. Have the following information ready for faster service:
      1. Product serial number, located underneath the bottom of the motor base.
      2. Sales order number with Name or email of purchaser, found on the order confirmation email that was sent on date of purchase.
      3. Pictures of product defect or broken item or part.
      4. Proof of purchase – Original or copy of sales receipt (date of purchase).
    2. Contact Nama customer service at support or 1-833-253-6262 for further assistance and instruction.  For faster service, please email us with the issue you are having with your Nama product and be sure to include information listed above.
    3. If product qualifies for replacement or service under warranty.
      1. If the product, or one of its parts, qualifies for replacement or service under the Warranty, Nama will contact customer with further instruction. Upon receipt of the product, Nama may ship the replacement or contact you with further information regarding repair of the product. Typical turnaround time to address Warranty claims is up to 30 business days, plus shipping, depending on your geographical location and type of damage or Warranty claim.
      2. For additional protection of the product and secure handling, while a product is being returned for any warranty repair service, Nama recommends that you use traceable, insured delivery service. Nama is not responsible for any loss or damage while a product is in transit or for products shipped that are not delivered to the designated Nama Service Center. Any Nama product that needs to be serviced at a Nama service center, all shipping costs to send the product to this location is responsible by the customer, which includes motor repair.
  8. Warranty Exclusions
    1. NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:  Nama (Namawell LLC.) is not responsible for economic loss or special, indirect or consequential including without limitation; loss or damage arising from food or product spoilage claims, whether or not on account of product failure.
    2. WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE:  This warranty is not transferable or re-assignable and applies only to the original verified purchaser. (from namawell.com.)
    3. IMPROPER ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS:  Nama is not responsible for the repair or replacement of failed or damaged components resulting from electrical power failure, the use of extension cords, low voltage, or voltage drops to the unit.
    4. IMPROPER USAGE:  Nama assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure or other damages resulting from improper usage or installation or failure to clean and/or maintain the product as set forth in the owner’s user manual provided with each unit.
    5. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:  This warranty does not cover any defect due to, or resulting from, ordinary wear and tear, handling, abuse, misuse, or harsh chemical action, nor shall it extend to any product from which the serial number has been removed or altered, or modifications made by unauthorized service personnel or damage by flood or fire.
