Carrot Apple Ginger

Transition to crisper, cooler weather, and beautiful produce, with this simple and super tasty classic.

Apple may help reduce cholesterol levels, control hunger, promote meal satisfaction, support healthy heart and digestive system and may lower risk for developing certain cancers like colorectal cancer.

Ingredients

  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 inch (2.5cm) piece of ginger

Makes 16oz of juice (approx.)

Directions

  1. Wash carrots and apples thoroughly.
  2. Remove core from apples.
  3. Cut all ingredients into appropriate size.
  4. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.
