          This zippy recipe combines these two tart citrus fruits, which are full of vitamin C, a powerful immune booster. Lemons and limes can help the body absorb iron from foods. Paired with two cups of iron-rich greens, this drink is sure 
to help you feel energized.
        
        
        INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups greens (cabbage, spinach or kale or a mix)
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 2 limes, peeled
- 2 Asian pears (or green apple such as Crispin or Golden Delicious)
- 1 cucumber
DIRECTIONS
- Wash ingredients thoroughly.
- Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.
- Juice in the order given and enjoy!
