Nourishing Greens Bowl
Sweet mango combines with creamy avocado to create a luscious base, while spinach brings a healthy dose of iron and vitamin K. Add some lemon for a refreshing zest and vanilla coconut yogurt for a hint of indulgence.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ½ cups sliced mango
- 2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- ½ ripe avocado, stone removed, peeled & diced
- ¾ cup plant-based milk
- ½ cup vanilla coconut yogurt
TOPPINGS
- Mango, sliced
- Strawberries, sliced
- Shredded coconut
- Hemp seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Using the Nama C2, add frozen mango, lemon juice, spinach, avocado, milk, and yogurt into the blender jug.
- Blend until smooth, using the tamper as needed.
- Divide mixture into two bowls and garnish with sliced mango, strawberries, coconut, and hemp seeds. Enjoy.
