    This zippy recipe combines these two tart citrus fruits, which are full of vitamin C, a powerful immune booster. Lemons and limes can help the body absorb iron from foods. Paired with two cups of iron-rich greens, this drink is sure

    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 cups greens (cabbage, spinach or kale or a mix)
    • 2 lemons, peeled
    • 2 limes, peeled
    • 2 Asian pears (or green apple such as Crispin or Golden Delicious)
    • 1 cucumber

    DIRECTIONS

    • Wash ingredients thoroughly.⁣
