Pumpkin Spice Latte
All the cozy flavors of your favorite seasonal latte, made creamy and nourishing with oats and pecans, without any of the refined extras you don’t want.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ cup pecans
- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 cups water
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, optional
DIRECTIONS
- With the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, ensure the spout cap is closed. Add all ingredients to the filter basket, except for the espresso shots.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 45 seconds, then press Start.
- Follow the prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds, the spin cycle will activate, straining the milk.
- To serve, pour the freshly made milk over the espresso shots and ice. Enjoy!
Notes:
- Store milk in the fridge for up to 3 days in a sealed jar or bottle. Shake before using. Combine with coffee just before serving.
