    Chamomile Moon Milk

    A soothing mix of almonds, coconut, chamomile, and ashwagandha with a touch of honey and spice. Designed to calm the body, ease stress, and promote restorative sleep.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 4 cups chamomile tea, cooled
    • ¾ cup almonds
    • ¼ cup finely shredded coconut
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 2 teaspoons ashwagandha powder
    • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
    • ½ teaspoon turmeric
    • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
    • Pinch of sea salt

    DIRECTIONS

    • Using the Nama M1, ensure the spout cap is securely closed, then add all ingredients into the filter basket.⁣
    • Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.⁣
    • Follow the prompts to open the spout. After 10 seconds, the spin cycle will activate. Once finished, your milk is ready to enjoy.⁣
    • To serve hot, steam the milk with a milk wand or heat it on low heat on the stovetop, stirring regularly.⁣

    Notes:
    • Reduce tea to 3 cups for a creamier milk.
