Chamomile Moon Milk
A soothing mix of almonds, coconut, chamomile, and ashwagandha with a touch of honey and spice. Designed to calm the body, ease stress, and promote restorative sleep.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups chamomile tea, cooled
- ¾ cup almonds
- ¼ cup finely shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons ashwagandha powder
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Using the Nama M1, ensure the spout cap is securely closed, then add all ingredients into the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.
- Follow the prompts to open the spout. After 10 seconds, the spin cycle will activate. Once finished, your milk is ready to enjoy.
- To serve hot, steam the milk with a milk wand or heat it on low heat on the stovetop, stirring regularly.
Notes:
- Reduce tea to 3 cups for a creamier milk.
